The Optimisation Specialist is responsible for supporting the Senior Optimisation Manager to deliver our digital test and learn strategy. Helping to drive overall online performance as well as improving the shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities include**:

- The Optimisation Specialist is accountable for supporting the creation and delivery of the Optimisation strategy and targeted experiences for Currys PC World online, and our online Mobile offering.
- Feeding in new ideas into our roadmap of tests and managing these from end to end.
- Promoting a culture of experimentation to ensure that website changes and new developments are tested to achieve results.
- Using data insights, heuristic analysis and UX analytics tools to identify customer pain points.
- Creation and coordination of test hypotheses, facilitating discovery workshops, liaison with the data and analytics teams to agree measurement plans and validate assumptions.
- Create detailed insight reports and reviewing current site performance
- Support on-site personalisation and audience based targeting strategy, identifying signals that can be used to further tailor the website to make it more relevant and easier to use for customers.
- Highlighting opportunities and making recommendations for further improvements to the customer journey that will drive customer satisfaction, loyalty and profitability.

Reporting into the Senior Optimisation Manager. The Optimisation Specialist will work closely with Optimisation Analysts, UI Designers, UI Developers, and QA Testers, developing behavioural and contextual targeting, recommendations targeting, A/B and multivariate testing and personalisation experiments

**Key attributes we are looking for include**:

- Ideally 1yr+ in CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation)
- Experience in AB testing methodologies and platforms
- Strong analytical skills in terms of interpretational of web metric data
- Flexibility and dynamic approach to work
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Track history of operating a customer-first mentality while supporting commercial objectives
