Department overview:
Established in 2016 the Digital department has undergone rapid expansion as it strives to deliver an aggressive roadmap alongside an equally aggressive revenue aspiration.

The brand is committed to delivering global revenues of €0.5bn from digital and channels over the next few years. Central to that growth is the Digital Commerce team located in London (UK), that currently manages ten localized transactional websites, servicing 55 countries (and growing) including UK, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Australia, Singapore, India, South Africa and more.

Who You Are:
A highly commercial, detail-oriented person with strong organization, communication and management skills, able to work well to deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently.

What You’ll Do:
The primary purpose of the role is to support in the enhancement and performance of all Michael Kors EMEA sites and channels via effective optimisation of the platform and merchandising tools.

Working in a fast paced, international environment, and uses analytics data to identify user behaviour patterns and areas of the website where users drop off or fail to complete desired actions.

- Support data-driven strategies to drive customer experience optimisation, aligning strategies with business objectives and key growth initiatives.
- Ensure completion of all planners in a timely manner and communicating any changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Building strong relationships and partnering with the wider eCommerce team, Design, Digital Product and Performance Marketing teams to align on priorities.
- Continually review improvement opportunities across all aspects of the user journey and user experience.
- Support the Senior Manager to ideate and scope out A/B tests and guide the wider teams testing approach.
- Proactively develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the US site merchandising and web production teams aligning and sharing knowledge and data.
- Continually collaborate, share best practice and identify conversion driving opportunities with US partners and ensure EU considerations are fully understood and considered in all global discussions and decisions.
- Use data to analyses site engagement with navigation and facets to test and optimise the customer journey and report on results.
- Supporting data-driven optimisation initiatives across markets, boosting the use of analytical tools, landing page optimisation & personalisation techniques, and journey funnels for informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain dashboards with actionable insights on effectiveness and results of optimisation strategies. Present findings and communicate with Senior Manager, Director and Team in weekly trade meetings.
- Support the creation and maintenance of playbooks across onsite components with best practice guides, to enable levers and tactics for the wider team to use to support trade reactions and market led activity. Providing training and support to best empower the wider team.
- Be commercially aware of new and emerging technologies and competitor activities for optimisation of the customer experience.

You’ll Need to Have:

- 2-5 years of experience in an e-com senior site merchandising role within an international retail environment
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Advanced skillset for extracting, utilizing, and presenting data from a web metrics tool (Ideally Adobe Omniture and Microstrategy).
- Experience managing e-com toolsets such as Dynamic Yield, Salesforce, Content Square, Syte, Bizarre Voice.
- Strong PC Skills - Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
