**Job Description** We are looking to expand our Customer Analytics function within our well-established strong data-driven centralised Analytical department. Our mission is to provide insight relative to Marketing, Customer Insights, and Safer Gambling and establish a strongculture of data-driven decision making in our organisation's strategy.

This role will give you the opportunity to grow both your technical and commercial skills by working on an extensive range of projects with different stakeholders.

As a Senior Insight Analyst, you will provide insightful and actionable analyses to support recommendations on commercial decisions, in areas such as acquisition, CRM and loyalty programs, cross-sell strategies, churn and customer behaviour.

**Core responsibilities**:

- Interpret the suite of daily, weekly and monthly dashboards to identify key areas for deeper dive analysis, and pro-actively provide insight on underlying trends and drivers
- Carry out deep-dive analysis on our customers and activity, that gives a lens on activity to the lowest level, including geo-demographic and time of day
- Utilise customer segmentation to improve understanding of our customer base, and how best to serve their needs
- Champion customer centricity throughout the business, driving a commercial and ROI approach to campaigns and activity
- Use customer & transactional information to identify opportunities to increase revenue and customer engagement, whilst supporting our safer gambling agenda
- Present findings to key stakeholders, and work closely with the team to provide inputs to negotiate strategies to drive performance across the business
- Forming close working relationships with relevant stakeholders (Marketing, CRM and commercial teams) to provide proactive analysis and support business decisions
- Providing ad hoc analysis for commercial departments and other areas of the business

**Qualifications**:

- More than 2 years of working experience in a relevant position
- Knowledge of SQL and/or one of the following; Python, R, SAS
- Knowledge of Data visualisation software, PowerBI preferable
- Proven ability to analyse large sets and translate them into insights and actionable business recommendations
- Graduate and/or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. STEM, Maths, Statistics, Physics but not exclusively) or equivalent experience
- Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Passion for learning and keeping abreast of new technologies and data models
