ABC Childcare are recruiting for an experienced, qualified Level 3 (or above) Childcare Co-ordinator to join our Wolverhampton Business Park team. The role will consist of over seeing all staff in a designated age range, ensuring they deliver the care and education for the children following ABC Childcare standards.

**Roles and responsibilities**

Your responsibilities will include supporting your team in working with their key children, ensuring all staff plan stimulating learning opportunities and ensuring each child feels welcomed and loved within our centres.

You will be working alongside the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance and will receive full support and training in our inspiring educational programs.

You will need to be confident in giving feedback to staff and supporting their training needs, while also completing staff supervisions and observations.

As part of the management team you will need to have great communication skills in both delegation and with building parent partnerships.

You will receive full training on EYFS, baby training, safeguarding, leadership and management, health and safety along with many other exciting training sessions.

As part of our commitment to safeguarding, you will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS check and provide suitable references
