**Position Overview**:

**Requirements**:

- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
- Passionate about making a difference
- Driver preferred
- Leadership qualities

**Key Duties**:

- Provide leadership and guidance to the team, serving as a positive role model
- Plan and organize shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations
- Complete all relevant paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
- Cultivate positive relationships with the children, young people, and their families
- Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding, remaining vigilant and proactive in addressing concerns

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£35,000.00 per year
