We’re looking for enthusiastic baristas /front of house assistants to join our team and deliver exceptional customer service. Whether you're looking for part-time or full-time hours, we offer flexible working hours that fit around your commitments.
- Full time 37.5 hours or part time 22.5 hours per week (day shifts)
- Weekdays and weekends
- Up to £12.32 per hour / £24,024 pa, based on experience
- This is a permanent, year-round role and not a temporary or seasonal position

**No experience? No problem What matters most is a proactive attitude and a hands-on approach.**

As a barista/ front of house assistant, you will be the welcoming face of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring our customers have a memorable experience. You will be working alongside a supportive and friendly team running the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

- You have a natural ability to make people feel welcome and bring a smile to their faces
- Ability to thrive in a busy environment, handling multiple tasks with confidence
- Passionate about food and drink with a high level of attention to detail
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication skills
- Welsh language skills are advantageous

While previous experience in hospitality as a barista, waiter, or waitress is helpful, it's not essential. What matters most to us is that you’re hands-on with a positive attitude.
