**Join us on the Journey...** We have an exciting opportunity for a **Senior DevOps Engineer **to join our growing team based at our **Head Office in Birmingham. **As an experienced DevOps Engineer you will be guiding the teams on COLO towards a well disciplined automated server build and CI/CD You will take part in squads’ business, project and technical meetings and discussionsand
contribute to all stages of software/product development cycle, support and mentor junior team
members.

**What you’ll do**
- Take over current deployments of COLO teams products
- Create documentation where there are gaps
- Advise, Design and document a strategy towards automation of Server build and CI/CD
- Implement the design
- Help improve current CI/CD tasks
- Help and mentor junior members of the teams
- Attend and contribute to technical and non-technical sessions to improve process and quality of Development Life Cycle
- Help with sprint planning

**What you'll need...**
- Degree in computer science or similar
- Minimum 3 years experience as a DevOps
- Some sysAdmin
- Minimum 18 months experience with automation tools and scripting languages
- Experience working in a Agile environment
- Team player, but can work independently when required
- Self motivated
- Enthusiastic and passionate about technology
