Do you have administration experience? Do you love supporting customers? Would you like to work in a supportive team environment? If so, this is the role for you We’re currently recruiting for **Pension Consultants **to join our team in our **Cardiff** office. This is a **part time** Monday
- Friday role so you’ll have the weekends off to relax You will be working 25 hours a week, **10am-3pm.**

You’ll be part of a team who are responsible for all administration tasks associated with our customers pension policies. You’ll be helping us become the long-term savings partner of choice, for all of our customers and clients.

Your training will be office based for the first few weeks and thereafter you can work from home 2 days a week

Our Customer Service teams are made up of professionals from different backgrounds including call centre, retail, hospitality, and sales.

What you'll be doing
- Provide customers with a first-class experience during every interaction.
- You’ll be primarily completing administrative tasks including member detail amendments. You’ll occasionally talk to customers and clients on the phone too.
- We’ll train you, so you have all the knowledge and skills needed to deliver an outstanding service to our customers and clients.
- You’ll make the effort to understand individual customer needs and respond with the best solution, in the appropriate timelines.
- Proactively share feedback and solutions on how we can improve our service, products and processes.
- You’ll use our in-house systems to give our customers a positive experience whilst, maintaining compliance.
- Steer your own development; provide a great customer experience whilst helping you get to where you want to get to in your career.
- Put your colleagues, customers and clients at the heart of everything we do.

- Previous administration experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- People who thrive in working as part of a team, building trust and respect with others, sharing best practice and ideas.
