My Client is an established advisory practice that works within investments, pensions & financial portfolios.
A background in a similar environment would be great but more importantly you will be confident in grasping your duties quickly and welcome the opportunity to work in an entrepreneurial culture. We’re looking for a real team player, that is able to workin a fast paced and dynamic working environment. Someone with great communication skills, great administration skills and a super work ethic.

Main responsibilities and duties:
The role itself will by and large, focus on the admin side of financial services but also with an element of customer service.
- Undertake administration and consultation of investment scheme portfolios
- Service members, clients and advisors in an efficient and service orientated manner
- Work accurately and in a timely manner
- Work well individually but also be able to collaborate with the wider team
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience dealing with clients and building excellent professional relationships, within financial services (preferably)
- Great IT skills and able to absorb information quickly with support initially
- Self-motivated and tenacious
