**Under the supervision of the Supply Chain Compliance Manager working across all business units within Sisk.**
- Servicing allocated requisitions and undertaking the procurement of materials and plant for projects in line with Sisk procedures.
- Timely processing of both purchase and subcontract orders onto Coins, liaising closely with finance and commercial teams as necessary.
- Management of subcontract documentation incorporating preparation, issue, receipt, execution and filing of contract paperwork.
- Issue and allocate order numbers for any reactive requirements linked to FM / Rail maintenance activity.
- Order data entry and general administrative work for senior procurement staff.
- Support the onboarding and processing of Tradex records to ensure accurate data to transferred to Coins.
- Support the administration of performance scoring of subcontractors via Tradex.
- Promote and drive e-catalogues usage by projects.
- Offer support to project teams on the use of e-catalogues as required.
- Optimise use of all Sisk preferred supplier agreements whether 3rd party of direct to maximise rebate generation.
- Maintenance of preferred supplier agreements, monitoring expiry dates, notifying owner and ensuring signed documents are in place.
- Setting up prelim project order numbers for new projects as notified and issue to project teams.
- Carry out company credit card purchases and ensuring necessary paperwork is obtained for monthly expenses.

**Experience & Skills**
- Some working knowledge of the construction industry preferable.
- Demonstrates good numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Demonstrates good organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrates determination, enthusiasm and initiative.
- An individual with experience of working well as part of a team.
- Good IT Literacy.
- Desirable knowledge of Coins ERP system or evidence of alternative ERP systems.

Managing and resolving account queries promptly and assisting senior procurement staff with queries as required.

Pay: £22,000.00 per year
