**Position**:Supply Chain Administrator
**Location**: Golborne
**Position Type**:Mon-Fri 7.30am - 4.00pm
**Salary**: £22,531.75 to be increased to £23,031.75 following successful probation

**Company Overview**: WBS are the market leader of the technical development, manufacture & supply of external wall insulation systems, through-colour renders and decorative coatings. We have been in business for over 20 years and due to continued growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to join our busy
Supply Chain Team.

**Summary of the Role**:
The hours of the job are 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday to Friday. We don’t work weekends or Bank Holidays.
Holidays are pro-rata starting at 20 days for the first year and then increasing to 25 days. We shut down for the
Christmas period giving you time to enjoy with your family.

**The Main Responsibilities**
- Liaising with the warehouse and logistic teams ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain department.
- Liaising with Suppliers to confirm ETAs and availability
- Ensure all inbound/outbound paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
- Monitor and chase documentation in support of the supply chain operation
- Undertake administrative and filing duties to meet needs of the Supply Chain Department.
- Assisting the Logistics Coordinators with any administrative duties
- Maintain a safe working environment that complies with all aspects of the company’s H & S Policy

**The main skills and experience needed must include**
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Word & Excel)
- Previous administration experience - transport office advantageous
- Good numeric skills - including accuracy.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and numeracy skills
- Flexibility
- Enthusiastic and energetic personality
- Enjoys working to deadlines
- Ability to work on own initiative, demonstrates organizational skills
