Supply Chain Systems Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**
**Under the supervision of the Senior Supply Chain Systems Administrator working across all business units within Sisk.**
Reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Administrator this role is the full system management of the company wide supply chain management system to ensure compliance of our supply chain with Sisk policies, procedures and management system. The Supply Chain Systems Administrator will perform the essential job duties listed below with the overall objective of helping to improve the organisations Supply Chain system performance deliver added value to business. The Supply Chain Systems administrator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of an organisation's Supply Chain operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Administration of the company supply chain management system, overseeing the various aspects of the system including management of user access and addition of projects.
- Management of the on-boarding process of supplier records to ensure accurate data is transferred to Coins (ERP System).
- Support the administration of performance scoring of subcontractors.
- Managing relationships with system vendors ensuring supply chain members are supported through the onboarding process and addressing system issues where required.
- Coordinating the preparation of manuals and training materials as well as providing training on system usage and modifications.
- Managing relationships with Internal stakeholders and training and supporting them on systems where required.
- Knowledge of all systems that integrate with the supply chain management system and how each system manages the data.
- Continuously analysing and assessing the supply chain system to identify areas for improvement to streamline processes to enhance business performance.
- Take ownership of issues that arise and proactively support internal and external stakeholders.
**Experience & Skills**
**Essential**
- Demonstrates good organisational and administrative skills.
- Demonstrates excellent attention to detail
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and provide timely support to users.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders and external vendors
- Good IT Literacy.
- Demonstrates determination, enthusiasm and initiative.
**Preferred**
- Some working knowledge of the construction industry preferable.
- An understanding of supply chain processes preferable.
- Desirable knowledge of Tradex Supply Chain Management System and Coins ERP system or evidence of alternative relevant systems.
- Experience compiling information for reporting purpose

Pay: £22,000.00 per year
