**Main Responsibilities**:
- Manage, coach, and develop the marketing team, set objectives, and measure progress on these throughout the year.
- Lead Crowcon’s marketing transformation into customer focused segmentation
- Conduct market research and develop relationships with our key customers to gain a deep understanding of product market fit.
- Work with the team to map out customer personas and identify key value propositions for each persona, use these to develop engaging content for the end user.
- Collaborate with product managers and sales to align product offerings and marketing initiatives with identified segments.
- Identify key channels (organic & paid), prioritise, and develop multi-channel campaigns tailored to target customer segments.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance using KPIs to ensure maximum effectiveness and ROI.
- Work closely with Product & Sales Directors to identify and implement a robust process to ensure we have a clear insight into the sales funnel and marketing ROI.
- Use segmentation findings to revamp the Crowcon website with agency support and work alongside the leadership team to develop a consistent brand strategy.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement a roadmap for website optimisation and improvement, SEO plan, maintaining a consistent tone of voice, ensuring content is reviewed and updated as needed.
- Work with the marketing team to prioritise and manage international events to grow brand awareness in key geographies.
- Collaborate with regional sales leads and channel partners to establish regional marketing plans to drive growth and increase brand awareness in their regions.
**What we are looking for**:
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing a team.
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on segmentation.
- Deep understanding of market segmentation techniques and data driven decision making.
- A reputation for delivering results with the ability to operate strategically whilst remaining hands on when required.
- Customer obsessed, detail oriented and have the ability to turn customer insights into meaningful outcomes
- Experience with CRM implementation (Hubspot or Salesforce)
- Experience with paid digital (LinkedIn Ads, Google Adwords etc)
- Budget management and organisational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross functionally and build relationships with teams across the business
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
