**Job Description**:
The Marketing Coordinator will contribute to delivering B2B marketing activities to support brand awareness, thought leadership positioning and lead generation for the Communications division of M3 (EU).

**Main duties and responsibilities**:Create awareness of the M3 (EU) brand through**:
Delivery of the marketing plan
Planning and attendance of industry events on behalf of the business, and monitoring return on investment
Preparation of material for workshops, presentations
Team coordination and preparation of materials for award entries
Management of M3 (EU)’s PR and social media
Implementation of marketing plans for individual products and product ranges
Materials
Lead on the delivery of sales team collateral
Work closely with inhouse and external designers and writers to coordinate the creation and delivery of marketing materials and content
M3 B2B marketing strategy
Organise market research and analysis to evaluate trends, competitor landscape and brand awareness
Lead the development of thought leadership content, e.g. whitepapers
Work closely with the Business Insights Director and Head of Commercial Excellence to review and evolve the B2B marketing strategy
Support the preparation of the annual marketing budget and monitor/track ongoing expenditure

**Qualifications**:
2:1 in a Life Sciences, English, Business or Marketing degree
copywriting and design skills in order to produce marketing materials for both print and online
excellent written and oral communication skills
an eye for detail
Highly desirable - have previous marketing experience
commercial awareness and an ability to drive revenue growth through marketing
passion for digital media
numeracy skills
the ability to think strategically
analytical skills to evaluate marketing campaigns
creativity
drive and self-motivation
a flexible approach to work
the ability to work well under pressure
teamwork and the ability to foster good working relationships
influencing and negotiation skills
knowledge of the healthcare industry - this is an advantage but not a necessity
