Job Title - Talent Sourcer Location: Manchester Hybrid - Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across three continents. In Global Talent Scouting, we are focused on supporting the hiring of our senior executive positions across the Lonza Enterprise. Partnering closely with Business Leaders and the HR Business Partners we build deep industry and functional knowledge to deliver the best talent for the organisation. During this Internship you will be working with a small team of Global Talent Scouts; building long lists of prospective senior external talents, using tools such as LinkedIn, Workday, Google, Conference/Speaker Lists, Internal Networks. Using Boolean search strings to identify and ultimately engage and ascertain interest in working for Lonza now or in the future. Key requirements: - Completed at least four semesters of a Bachelor’s degree or enrolled in a Master’s degree in HR, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Media, Science, technology or similar - Project management skills - IT literacy - Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel. - Strong analytical skills - Excellent written and spoken English, German skills would be a bonus - Social media savvy - Pro-active, self-driven and aiming to make a mark Talent Sourcing Responsibilities: - Stakeholder Engagement - Project Manage and lead effective talent sourcing strategies and initiatives - Provide market intelligence on external talent trends and direct sourcing - Maintain and execute long-term succession "keep-warm" strategies with selected talents Skills gained: - Project Management Fundamentals - Sourcing skills - Executive Communication skills - Life Science functional and industry knowledge - Every day, Lonza’s products and services have a positive impact on millions of people.
