to join our dynamic team and support senior-level hiring across international markets.

What You'll Do:
Source and map senior leadership talent using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and market intelligence

Build longlists, talent decks, and deliver insights to inform strategic hiring decisions

Engage candidates with personalized outreach and conduct initial qualification

Collaborate closely with Talent Scouts and Recruitment Partners to align on ideal profiles

Share weekly sourcing updates and market feedback to drive continuous improvement

Use tools like Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter to manage pipelines and ensure GDPR compliance

What You Bring:
2–3 years of experience in executive sourcing or research, ideally in life sciences or global corporate settings

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Expertise in Boolean search and sourcing tools

A proactive, independent mindset with a passion for uncovering hidden talent

Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
