Member Services Administration Apprentice

We are a recruiting on behalf of **Cirencester Friendly Society**.
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Member Services Apprentice.
As an Member Services Apprentice you will act as a point of contact regarding general enquiries concerning our products and services and the maintenance of personal and professional details within the Society’s systems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engage customers via a variety of methods and managing all questions and other issues as they arise to include call handling training and ongoing mentoring and assessment to become confident and competent in this area.

Skills Required:
- Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the Society
- Attention to detail and accuracy while remaining calm under pressure
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills
- Methodical and well organised
- Experience of working successfully within a team
- Experience of customer service
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good standard of education with a minimum grade ‘C/4’ GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English
You will complete the Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard.
