You will be part of the People Systems and Analytics team and part of the team’s role is to deliver an analytics service by providing accessible people data to our customers in Europe, enabling data insights through visualisation and collaborating with our colleagues to understand their needs.

**A typical day in this role includes**:

- Actively working with our colleagues in Europe to deliver quarterly KPI reporting requirements to our parent company CK Hutchison Holdings.
- Creating and maintaining new and existing dashboards. You will do this by working with the support of the team and our customers to identify the requirements and transforming them to consumable visualisations and form practical insights.
- Working closely with data through exploration and data cleansing work to ensure only high quality data and consistent data is passed.
- Providing a quality support service to the business by maintaining and granting user accessibility, maintaining security permissions to constrained view of the People data, and monitoring the performance of the Tableau server and associated tools.
- Supporting the team towards improving the efficiency of reporting through automation of processes.

**This role would be a good fit for you if**:

- You have experience in data analytics including data preparation and creating visualisation preferably using Tableau (PowerBI in addition would be a bonus).
- You love producing compelling visualisation for customers to interpret.
- You enjoy working with data and you absolutely love detail and enjoy delivering high quality and clean work.
- Possess the hunger to learn and self-teach.
- You have an excellent work ethic and enthusiasm for making a difference.

**What you’ll need**:

- Relevant and professional experience in data and analytics, ideally 1-2 years in a similar role.
- Experience using BI tools, ideally Tableau.
- Strong problem solving skills and you have the ability to exercise pragmatism.
- Ability to communicate clear messages and translate complex and technical concepts into simple interpretation for an audience who are non-technical.
- Good collaborative skills to work in a team and build relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Broad interest in People data and the employee lifecycle.
