The role requires hands-on experience in data collection, identity resolution, segmentation, and activation across multiple marketing and advertising platforms, with a focus on delivering personalized, data-driven customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Customer Data Platform (CDP) & Adobe Experience Platform (AEP): Managedata ingestion workflowsvia AEP Data Collection UI / Adobe Launch, mapping collected data toXDM schemas . Build and maintain aUnified Customer Profileby stitchinganonymous and known identifiersusingIdentity Service . Create and activateaudience segmentsusing AEP Real-time CDP and Segment Builder. Enablecross-channel audience activationby integrating with destinations such as Google Ads 360, DSPs, ESPs, and other ad/marketing platforms. Monitor and troubleshootdata flows(Website/App>Tag/SDK>AEP ingestion>Segmentation>Activation). Segmentation & Audience Activation: Design and implement audience strategies forpersonalization, retargeting, and lookalike audiences . Apply concepts likefrequency capping, sequential conditions, and cross-channel journeys . Troubleshootlow match ratesor sync delays with platforms such asGoogle Ads 360by validating identity mappings, hashing, and consent alignment. Digital Analytics & Measurement: Work with marketing teams to definecustomer journeys(awareness>acquisition>conversion>retention). Monitor and optimize campaignKPIs(CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, Engagement). Builddashboards and calculated metricsin Adobe/analytics platforms for stakeholder reporting. Enablemeasurement of activated audiencesto evaluate campaign impact and drive ROI. Tags, Tracking & Data Governance: Implement and managetags, SDKs, and tracking pixelsusing tools likeAdobe LaunchandGoogle Tag Manager . Ensurebehavioral datais properly captured and mapped into the CDP. SupportGDPR, consent management, and governance practiceswithin AEP to ensure compliant data usage. Integrations & APIs: Manage integrations between AEP andad platforms (Google Ads 360, Facebook, DSPs), ESPs, and analytics tools . Leverage AEPAPIs for audience and data management workflows . A Key Skills & Expertise Platforms & Tools:Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, Adobe Launch, Google Ads 360, Tag Managers (GTM), ESPs, Analytics Tools. Specializations:CDP data unification, identity stitching, segmentation, retargeting, personalization, journey orchestration. Digital Marketing Analytics:Campaign measurement (CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS), audience performance tracking. Data Management:XDM schema design, consent/governance, API-based integrations.
