**Job Description**:
We are looking for looking for experienced and dynamic Consultants to join our existing teams. As a Junior Data & Analytics Consultant, you will engage with our clients daily, working to understand their challenges and to deliver solutions. You will be based from one of our regional offices or on client site.

**To qualify for this role you must have**:

- Minimum 2:1 or equivalent degree in a STEM or Business discipline*
- A strong desire to work within data & analytics, coupled with a passion to gain a sound knowledge of new technologies.
- Excellent skills in communication, collaboration, relationship building, stakeholder management, numeracy, and analytics.
- Desire to work as part of a multi-faceted team including both colleagues and clients, and other external stakeholders.
- We will also accept graduates who have achieved, or are expected to achieve, 2:1 degree (minimum) or equivalent who have had substantial exposure to SAS, SQL, Python, Oracle, Teradata, R, Microsoft BI, or other relevant programming languages.
- Multi-skilled experience in one or more of the following disciplines: Data Management, Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Data Integration, Data Analytics, Data Visualisation, Data Science and Business Intelligence.
- Experience using one or more of the following technologies: SAS, Tableau, Teradata, Python, R, SQL, Qlik, Microsoft (Power BI, SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Cloud (SAS Viya, Azure, AWS).
- Project lifecycle experience, having played a role in the delivery of end-to-end projects, as well as a familiarity with different development methodologies and disciplines (e.g. Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, DevOps, Testing).***

**Advantageous**:

- Technical Business Analysis experience.
- A proactive awareness of industry standards, regulations, and developments.
- Experience of Relational Databases and Data Warehousing concepts.
- Experience of Enterprise ETL tools (for example Informatica, Talend, Datastage, Alteryx).
- Exposure to any of the following technologies: Snowflake, Hadoop, Spark, Scala, Oracle, Pega, Salesforce, RPA tools such as UiPath, Nintex, Blue Prism.
- Cross and multi-platform experience.
- Financial services sector experience.***

**You must be**:

- Willing to work on client sites, potentially for extended periods.
- Willing to travel for work purposes and be happy to stay away from home for extended periods.
- Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.
