**Job Title**: Junior Analytics Consultant

**Overview**:
As a Junior Analytics Consultant, you will work with our luxury hospitality clients to leverage data and analytics in solving business problems. You will have the opportunity to develop and deliver insights that drive strategic decision-making, using the latest tools and methodologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business challenges and identify how data and analytics can address these needs.
- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI.
- Partner with data engineers to ensure data is properly modeled and available in the data warehouse for analysis.
- Conduct data analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights for clients.
- Document processes, methodologies, and insights clearly for internal and client use.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Analytical**: You should have a keen eye for detail and the ability to perform complex numerical and statistical analysis.
- **Effective Communicator**: Clear, precise communication skills are essential for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- **Organized**: Ability to manage multiple projects in a remote work environment, maintaining high standards of quality and timeliness.

**Technical Skills**:

- **Power BI**: Proficient in semantic modeling, DAX, and building interactive, insightful reports.
- **SQL**: Ability to write efficient queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and best practices, e.g., Kimball and relational data modeling.

**Experience**:

- 1-2 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
- Strong academic background in a STEM discipline.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Based in or around London.
- If on a visa, a minimum of 18 months remaining.
