You'll play a key role in mentoring our analytics team, shaping how data is used across the business, and delivering insights that drive smarter decisions.What you will be doingSupporting and mentoring the Data Analytics team to develop structured ways of workingPlanning resources to meet the needs of a fast-scaling businessExtracting and transforming data to deliver meaningful insightsCreating engaging reports and dashboards for senior stakeholdersDeveloping reporting data products and automation solutionsChampioning data quality and governance across the businessWho we are looking forHere's what will help you thrive in this role:Strong experience using Power BI or similar BI toolsProven experience leading analytics teams and mentoring othersStrong SQL skills and understanding of relational databasesExperience with Snowflake and data warehouse methodologiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong Excel skills and attention to detailExperience in the insurance sector, including broking and underwritingWhat you will getWhen you join SRG, you're stepping into more than just a role, you're becoming part of a team that backs your ambitions and celebrates your success.
