JOB PROFILE
Due to substantial growth, we are now seeking a part-time Finance & Admin Assistant to work with the Financial Controller and Project Administration team.
Key responsibilities:
- General office duties (please note attendance in the office is required).
- Uploading supplier invoices and raising customer invoices.
- Coordinating daily financial tasks with the financial management team.
- General project administration duties such as chasing up contractor start dates, scopes, and project approvals to support the Project Management team.
- Responding to customer calls.
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS
About you:
- Must have excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
- Must have administration experience in some form.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with accuracy and efficiency in mind.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong team player with solid communication skills.
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting would be an advantage but not a requirement.
- Administration/finance experience within the construction or insurance industry would be a strong advantage.
HOURS & DAYS
- 18 to 25 hours per week working from our offices in Whetstone
- The role requires at least 1 of the working days to be on Fridays
- The role can be flexible to school hours (for example 9:30am to 2:30pm)
SALARY
A competitive salary will be offered based on experience, as well as discretionary performance related bonuses.
