Partners in the Dental Beauty group are supported by a Shared Service Centre (SSC) providing a best-in-class business support function.

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Events Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of patient-focused campaigns and events across our practices.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about helping patients access confidence boosting treatments whist providing the best patient experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Event Support - Open Days**
- Coordinate the logistics for our programme of open days
- Liaise with our marketing agency to ensure effective promotion of events
- Work closely with practice teams to guarantee smooth delivery on the day
- Support in any open day creative refreshes (collateral, video shoots, etc)
- Track attendance, patient bookings, and other KPIs to measure event success
- Analyse and report on event performance and recommend future improvements

2. **External Recall Team Workflow**
- Ensure the external recall team always has a consistent pipeline of patient recalls to contact
- Monitor their effectiveness through KPIs (e.g. contact rate, booking rate)
- Listen to call recordings and provide feedback or training as needed to improve outcomes.

3**. Reporting & Analysis**
- Analyse data from events, recall activity, and other channels to identify trends and opportunities

4**. Patient Engagement Support**
- Provide additional support to the Patient Engagement Officer team as required, calling and converting our private leads as and when necessary

5. **Marketing support**
- Be point of call for practices for all open day needs, such as updating their printed marketing collateral from brief to print
- Support management of the marketing inbox for open day enquiries

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in dental, aesthetics, or healthcare desired but not essential
- Confident communicator with excellent follow through and attention to detail
- Passionate about helping patients access affordable, confidence boosting treatments
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong relationship building skills
- Comfortable giving constructive feedback and coaching.
- A real team player
- Competent with standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
