We are seeking to appoint Learning Support Assistants to provide support for learners across the curriculum so that they secure swift progress.

We are looking for exceptional colleagues with:
The ability to work effectively within a team environment
A general understanding of the curriculum and of classroom roles and responsibilities
A passion for ensuring that each and every learner flourishes and feels proud of his/her individual achievements
The ability to build and maintain successful relationships with learners, to treat them consistently with respect and consideration and demonstrate concern for the development as learners
Strong inter-personal skills and emotional intelligence
Teaching Assistant Level 2 qualification
Previous experience in a similar role in a primary or secondary school
