Our ethos is centred around **empowering individuals to "be all you can," fostering a culture of growth, inclusivity, and achievement.** With a **strong commitment to excellence**, we pride ourselves on maintaining a **Good Ofsted rating**, ensuring high-quality education and support for our students. **Key Responsibilities**: - Support students in their academic and personal development, providing guidance, encouragement, and motivation. - Foster positive relationships with students, creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment. - Assist with classroom activities, group projects, and individual student needs as directed by the teaching staff. - Monitor student progress and behaviour, providing feedback and reporting concerns to relevant staff members. - Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure the holistic development and well-being of students. **Requirements**: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Genuine passion for supporting student progress and development. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - Patience, empathy, and resilience when working with students facing challenges. - Previous experience working in an educational setting is desirable but not essential. **Our commitment to you**: - Work at an establishment where **your** development is **our** priority.
