With welcoming and charming service delivered in truly inspirational settings, our guests are encouraged to relax, kick off their shoes and indulge. **We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel**.** **Stanbrook Abbey Hotel **in Worcester has recently had a £4.2m renovation, meticulously designed to celebrate the country house hotel’s heritage, and introduced the new brasserie-style dining experience in the Refectory restaurant, situated in the site of the original nun’s cafeteria, as well as eight new bedrooms situated on the second floor with a further seven rooms built in the original schoolhouse in St Anne’s Wing, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 70. **About the role**: We are looking for a Sales & Events Co-ordinator to join our team at Stanbrook Abbey Hotel. If helping someone to plan and organise every little detail of a wedding or event is your idea of the perfect job, this is the role for you. Stanbrook Abbey Hotel is a popular wedding and events venue and we are ideally looking for someone with experience in a similar role or an events management qualification. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week over 5 days, 9am - 5:30pm, to include weekend work on a rota basis. This is a temporary position covering a period of maternity leave for a minimum of 8 months. You will be the ultimate people person who enjoys building positive relationships with everyone you meet, giving them faith and confidence in your knowledge and event organisation abilities from the very first conversation. You are also sales focused and enjoy making recommendations to meet the needs of your clients and their budgets. Whether it's a wedding, private dinner or a big birthday bash, you'll take the reins and help to plan the event.
