**Position:**:**Hybrid, working a mix of remote & office.**

**An overview of the role**

Track delivery progress for customer orders. Trigger and raise invoicing based on work completed and customer contractual terms. Proactively manage the integrity of the Order Book. Monthly reporting of work delivered and triggered. Respond to queries from internal and external customers.

**Qualifications**
- GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent) at grade C or above (essential)

**Experience**
- Proven experience of project co-ordination and tracking
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Proven track record in a customer support role

**Skills**
- Organised, methodical and a strong attention to detail
- Good administration skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Able to prioritise several tasks
- Numerate
- Good knowledge of MS Office: Excel (Medium), Outlook and WORD
- Knowledge of customer invoicing
- Excellent communicator with good inter-personal skills

- The ability to act as a voice for the Order Book Management Team and champion the service we provide.
- An ability to communicate effectively with customers both internal and external.
- Promotion of change & the adaption of new procedures & practises.
- Sets high standards for themselves and for others to follow.
