**Payroll Administrator**
**Salary**: Up to £35,000 per annum

**Location**: Brentford, Hybrid Role

**What will you be doing?**:

- Collecting and reviewing timesheets, verifying attendance, and calculating wages and overtime for employees in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing.
- Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, Car Benefit
- Generating regular payroll reports, including summaries of wages, hours worked, deductions, and taxes. Analysing payroll data to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas for improvement.
- Staying up to date with relevant labour laws, tax regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in payroll processing and reporting. Making necessary adjustments to processes and policies to align with legal requirements.
- Responding to employee inquiries and providing guidance on payroll-related matters, such as pay slips, tax codes etc. Collaborating with other departments, such as HR and Finance, to address payroll-related issues effectively.
- Conducting periodic audits and reconciliations of payroll records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies. Resolving any errors or inconsistencies promptly.
- Identifying opportunities for streamlining payroll processes, improving efficiency, and enhancing payroll-related systems. Recommending and implementing best practices to optimize payroll operations.
- Assistance with the processing of Expense claims using SAP Concur Software.

**What can you bring to the team?**:

- 5 years experience in Payroll Administration
- Knowledge of the CIJC Working Rule Agreement
- Previous experience working with a Construction company
- Knowledge of IRIS Cascade and/or using SAP Concur Software systems
- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
- Ability to work to deadlines, where required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £32,000.00 per year
