**Office Administrator**

A successful and growing waste management company are currently looking to recruit an office administrator. We are looking for an enthusiastic, well organised friendly person to join our office team.

Experience in a waste management company and use of a weigh bridge is preferred but not essential.

Salary to be negotiated.

The duties and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to the following:

- Operating a busy weigh bridge
- Answering sales calls and customer queries
- Working with transport manager and organising driver work loads
- Processing the purchase ledger
- Booking jobs onto sales system
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Processing and maintaining the sales ledger
- Credit control and debt recovery
- Office admin
- Operating of a weigh bridge is preferred but training can be given
- Use of QuickBooks or willingness to learn
- Credit control experience
- Ability to communicate effectivity with customer queries
- Ability to work on their own initiative, prioritise their workload to meet deadlines; as well as being a great team player.

Hours of attendance range between a 7am start to a 9am start. Finishing time can be between 4pm and 5:30pm.

**Salary**: £9.90-£13.20 per hour

- Motherwell: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
