We're searching for someone to become an essential part of our dedicated and caring Foundation Learning team. In this **pivotal role**, you'll shape the educational journeys of our students, working closely with passionate educators in a collaborative and supportive environment.
**What we're looking for**:
- A strong interest working with young people with additional needs.
- Level 2 English or Maths [or equivalent] or willingness to achieve.
- Level 3 award in Supporting Individuals with Learning Disabilities or willingness to work towards.
- A great communicator who can engage with the students.
- Compassionate and respectful of the learner’s needs.
- A passion for supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning.
**What we offer**:
- Annual Salary**:£14,551 **[FTE £22,071]
- Part-time position, **30 hours per week, term time only.**
