**Health and Physics Support -Inside IR35**

**Contract Term: 12 months.**

**Contracting Authority: Sellafield**

**Location: Cumbria**

We are currently building a pipeline for an upcoming opportunity for a Health and Physics Support on behalf of client Sellafield**.**

**As a Health and Physics Support your main responsibilities will be**:

- Receive, understand and manage call off and Enterprise HP&S work to schedule with a view to increase utilisation and efficiency. This will require work planning and schedule management skills.
- Liaise with the customers to understand resource demand and constraints.
- Establish shared resource principles with customers and the service and make priority call where necessary.
- Provide and maintain communications between Stakeholders.
- Act as initial point of contact for all ad hoc, call off and Enterprise-wide work requests.
- Provide utilisation and work provision data and reports.
- Escalate and respond to gaps in service.
- Co-ordinate Exceptions usage for HP&S service
- Provide suitable metrics on service provision to Resource Management Team.
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.

**You’ll have relevant experience in**:

- Experience in scheduling work and allocation of resource to meet customer requests.
- Understanding of resource restraints.
- Good Organisational Skills
- Ability to prioritise work.
- Strong administration skills
- Good Communications Skills / Stakeholder Engagement.
- Proficient MS Skills.
- Experience in collating information / reporting
- Experience in physics is desirable.
- A minimum of English and Math's A-C GCSE.
