Overview:
Work pattern: Wednesday - Saturday

**Responsibilities**:
**Role and responsibility**:

- Producing Despatch paperwork throughout the day
- Distributing Despatch Paperwork to the relevant people/departments
- Ensuring all administration procedures are carried out correctly
- Processing daily and forecasted orders
- Liaising with the Planning department daily
- Working with the Despatch team to meet customer demands

Qualifications:
**Criteria**:

- Good organisational and communication skills
- Work well to strict deadlines and be able to cope under pressure
- Able to work extra hours when required
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Possess good communication skills
- Ability to function as part of a team
