Sliders (UK) Ltd. are excited to be offering an opportunity for the right person to join our growing team in the position of a Senior Customer Service Liaison role. We are the largest independent manufacturer of doors within the United Kingdom. We operate from a 3.5-acre site at Walton Summit, Preston, and our fleet of 18 HGV trucks deliver around 1000 doors across the U.K. every week. With a turnover of over £16 million this year, we currently employee around 110 staff members across different departments including production, transport, stores and administration.
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Customer service.
- At least 7 Years’ experience in Customer Service.
- Supervisory experience.
- Driven and keen to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), attention to detail, polite, organised, honest, reliable and punctual.
- Has good teamworking skills and also able to work on their own initiative.
- Able to work at a fast pace and within a fast-changing environment.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Programs including, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Experience of and understanding the manufacturing sector is desired.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience of working to deadlines.
- General Administration assistance
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and questions using technical knowledge.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
- Plan and arrange appointments.
- Process documentation for relevant items to be despatched.
- Use Dedicated Software
- Work with other stakeholders to ensure efficiency and work is completed to a high standard.
