Spire Manchester Hospital is currently looking to recruit for a Patient Services Administrator on a part time and permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and have a great impact.
Spire Manchester Hospital offers a comprehensive range of specialist treatments in purpose-built private hospital facilities in Didsbury. **_This is a Part time, Permanent position with 22.5 hours per week, _**
**_Working hours: _**The hours are on a rota basis, for 5 days over 7 with mixed shifts such as 6:30am '“ 2:30pm, 12pm to 8pm and 7:45am to 3:45pm.**
**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Meet and greet patients in the main reception
- Maintain and update patient records on the hospital computer system
- Process payments / collect credit card details both over the telephone and face to face
- Receive bookings and liaise with internal departments via the telephone
- Face to face liaison with patients and consultants providing information where requested and making appointments
- Switchboard duties
**Who we're looking for**:
- Previous relevant experience in an administrative support role
- Experience of working independently and on own initiative
- Comfortable working to deadlines and ability to work under pressure
- A real team player
- Previous experience in healthcare (Desirable)
