Heart Office Supplies Ltd are seeking an Operations Office Assistant to join a growing company.

**Duties to include**:

- Liaise with customers with regards to new and existing orders.
- Assisting with the setup of customers on ERP software, producing sales orders, completing sales invoicing.
- Answering phone calls from customers, potential customers and suppliers.
- Administration support to the Directors.
- General administrative tasks.

**Required skills**:

- Previous administrative experience.
- Proficient IT skills along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
- Excellent organisation and administration skills, including good attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Freelance
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
