We are looking to recruit an Apprentice Administration Assistant in our Board Support Team. This is a busy role with the team supporting the Chair, Chief Executive and Trust Board and would suit someone with previous experience of working in an administration role at a higher level. Tasks would include dealing with day to day duties, diary management, taking minutes and providing support to the Head of Corporate Affairs.

The NHS Humber Teaching Trust is looking to recruit anAdministration Assistant Apprenticerole in ourBoard Support Unit. You will undertake aLevel 3 Business Administration Apprenticeshipwhilst you work closely with your new team to gain the essential skills, knowledge and behaviours for this new role. The duration of this apprenticeship will be 18monthsand on successful completion you will progress into aBand 4Administration Assistantrole.

As the Board Support team works closely with the Trust Board, Chair, Chief Executive and the Head of Corporate Affairs, there will also be an opportunity to gain knowledge and skills within these areas and to provide support as required.
- provide a high level of confidential, comprehensive and effective secretarial and administrative support to the team
- offer an efficient, helpful and friendly point of contact whilst promoting a professional approach to the handling of the day to day business
- provide an administrative service to the Head of Corporate Affairs and and the Board Support team resolving day-to-day problems independently.
