Here at Interlink Talent Solutions are seeking a talented, dynamic and ambitious Senior Associate to join a Tier 1, Commercial Team in Birmingham. This market leading international Commercial Team works across our global offices advising household name clientson business-critical projects across the full spectrum of commercial contract work.

- We are looking for a 7-10 years PQE, English law qualified commercial lawyer to join our dynamic and thriving Commercial team and be based in our Birmingham office.
- An individual who is technically excellent, commercially aware, highly motivated and enthusiastic.
- A team player with a can-do attitude, a strong client focused approach and an ability to 'think outside the box' and develop innovative solutions.
- A strong academic background coupled with excellent communication and organisational skills is also key together with good experience of supervising and working with junior colleagues.
- You will have trained and worked in a large commercial practice and be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of drafting and leading the negotiation of complex commercial contracts, including on an international basis.
- Both public and private sector experience would be ideal and working with large scale clients is essential.
- You will have a keen interest in global sector and a clear desire to become a true expert in your chosen fields.
