**About the Role**

Customer satisfaction is one of Skin Cupid’s core priorities, and you will be at the very centre of it by ensuring our customers are getting the level of service they deserve. As the Customer Experience Advocate, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers and being the voice of Skin Cupid. We are looking for someone with a passion for K-Beauty and knowledge in skincare is a bonus.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide skincare consultation for customers through answering skincare-related questions and product recommendations.
- Come up with new and innovative ways to engage our customers
- Reply to direct messages on Instagram
- Reply to customer reviews and comments on social media
- Provide customer support on Live Chat
- Edit and maintain customer accounts
- Prepare suggestions for improvement for Skin Cupid through customer interactions and feedback
- Document customer queries in an organised manner
- Provide the wider team with customer insights, and product requests. Be a part of the product curation process

**We are looking for**:

- Genuine passion for skincare & make-up, and is excited by Asian skincare
- Previous experience in customer service
- Skincare knowledge is preferred
- Hard-working and can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills, especially written
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer competency, and is comfortable navigating and learning new systems
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
