Patient Experience Advocate

Join our professional and fun Healthcare team.

As the Patient Experience Advocate you will be an integral part of Patient Voyage fulfilment.

You will be an important link between the practitioner team and the front desk team.

You will work closely with the Practitioner Team to improve service sales performance and be the first point of contact for our onboarded patients.

You will be part of our dynamic and perceptive Front Desk team with the added scope of work and responsibilities.

You must be ambitious and continually strive for the team to achieve outstanding patient experience and growth in our patient community of raving fans.

You must have experience in making an impact in customer service and or sales.

You will also have responsibility for team rota and helping with recruitment and team asset development.

Full training is provided. You must have the aptitude to connect easily with people, and be professional and productive at all times.

Duties include:
Patient Administration

Diary Management

Call handling

Patient Communication

Payment and Till procedures

Clinic Hygiene and organisation

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
