Pickstock Homes Ltd, part of The Pickstock Group of companies, is a residential house builder based in North Shropshire. We are currently in the process of expanding our team and are looking to recruit a Marketing Consultant.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Managing our media schedule
- Marketing new developments to include signage, digital/social media, press and online as well as creating, managing and delivering sales signage, flags and hoarding
- Developing and managing marketing campaigns using Google Analytics and PPC (to include tracking leads and web traffic on Google and Facebook)
- Management of the Pickstock Homes website and Rightmove account
- Delivery of marketing tools to assist the sales process including floor plans, CGI imagery, photography and brochures. Experience of Adobe Creative Suite essential.
- Implementation and management of all other promotional activities

**Salary & hours:

- Salary negotiable, based on experience
- Part-time, days flexible (to be agreed), minimum 8 hours per week
- Direct employment or self-employed
