The Role

Marketing Consultant required for a dynamic and progressive business to be responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of marketing collateral.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaise between the client and the Design Team to create, then submit design briefs to the company in-house design studio - providing them with a clear specification on literature to be designed for the client and then continuing to work closely with the designers to meet both client expectations and deadlines on all items.
- Support the client with a full suite of marketing collateral
- Lead the onboarding of new clients into the business handholding them through the process and understanding their full marketing needs.
- Manage the client rebrand journey
- Support the e-learning and resource hub with the creation of content that the client would find insightful, helpful and value adding.
- Proof read all literature at various stages ensuring that factual accuracy, grammar and design consistency is of the highest standard. Circulate to relevant personnel at the appropriate time.
- Send final proofs of all literature to clients and acting on any feedback by making amendments to copy or design style when needed. Once approved, send literature to printers and liaise with the printers to confirm time scales for delivery.
- Obtain and send quotes to clients for chargeable design and print work - check and sign invoices.
- Answer calls into the Marketing Team helping with any specific marketing, or general enquiries.

- A confident and clear communicator
- Excellent customer service skills with a natural ability to form strong client facing relationships
- Excellent standard of English both written and oral
- Competent in IT including Microsoft Office
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines
- Exceptional eye for detail
- Excellent administration skills
- Highly organised and methodical
- Works well under pressure
- A natural problem solver and thinker
