Pascal Academy has a for a client based in Braintree, Essex that are looking for **EXPERIENCED RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS** to join their construction recruitment team. The client are a well established company that take pride in its ability to forge long lasting relationships with their clients and are looking for individuals who have at least one year's recruitment experience to arejoin their fast-growing team.

The company is looking for individuals who are **financially driven, ambitious and hardworking.**

In return you will receive a competitive basic salary whilst working to a commission structure that will enable you to earn an OTE of £30 - 40k in your first year and the sky's the limit there after

**Job responsibilities of a recruiter**
- Sourcing professionals in the Construction industry for placements around the UK from a variety of platforms such as Linkedin, social media forums, internal database, headhunting, referrals etc.
- Successfully drive sales and margin growth, working closely with the Team Leader to achieve team targets.
- Previous recruitment experience (requirement)
- 2+ years within the construction industry (ideal)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good at problem solving
- Resilient
- Go getter attitude
- Good at working to own initiative
- Team player

**Salary**: From £50,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
