BranWell Ford is a well established and award winning recruitment consultancy who specialise in finding the best talent for the Pensions industry across the UK. Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator to join our busyteam.

We are seeking a proactive, highly professional individual with a depth and breadth of administration experience who is a self-starter and has the ability to work on their own initiative. A brief overview of duties include:

- Build talent pools for frequent vacancies.
- Managing the vacancy process - speaking with clients to arrange interviews, coordinating timings with applicants and taking in depth feedback in a timely manner.
- CV typing and advert writing.
- Sending applicant and client mailers.
- Manage internal and external job boards.
- Draft and post recruitment advertisements and other materials for agreement.
- Enhance our digital visibility.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as required.

You will:

- Be able to multi-task, reacting to a busy work day and prioritise workload effectively.
- Have the ability to take ownership of duties.
- Previously worked in a recruitment admin role or similar.
- Be highly organised be able to work autonomously and flexibly.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organised.
