**Salary**: £19,359 - £20,070 pa pro rata

Actual Salary: £11,615 - £12,042 per annum

**Job Type**: Permanent - Part time

Hours: 1154.4 annualised hours, 52 weeks per year

**Job Coach -**The Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Job Coach to lead the College’s Supported Employment team, providing employment opportunities for learners with additional needs and creating a bridge from education to employment. You will play a pivotal rolein developing strong relationships with employers who wish to work with the Inclusive Learning curriculum area at New College Swindon.

**Job Coach -**Key Responsibilities:

- To support the Lead Job Coach in providing an outstanding provision for both students and employers
- To Support interns to be successful in their employment, provide an appropriate level of support and guidance in the workplace using Systematic Instruction
- Engage with employers to develop appropriate and realistic employment opportunities young people on a Supported Internship

**Job Coach -**You:

- Minimum Level 2 qualification in English and mathematics
- Level 2 ICT qualification or equivalent or MOS unit
- Hold, a level 3 Certificate for Supported Employment Practitioners
- Youth work or teaching qualification
- Up to date working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
- Experience of working in the field of Supported Employment
- Professional and confident interpersonal skills (including delivering presentations)
