We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Padel Coach to deliver top-notch coaching to players of varying abilities. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate players. You will be responsible for planning and conducting training sessions, developing player skills, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment.

Job Description

• Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
• Assess players' skills and provide constructive feedback.
• Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
• Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
• Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
• Assist with the development of junior players.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all players during sessions.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
• Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skill levels.
• Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
