**JOB OVERVIEW**
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Data Administration Assistant with the ability to communicate verbally, in print and on the phone, and work confidently and effectively in a fast paced and changing environment.
Working as an Administrator / Data Administration Assistant you will provide support to ensure an effective onboarding service for clients ensuring efficiency, accuracy and speed of integration. You will help with creating and updating documentation, forms& system links.
As an Administrator / Data Administration Assistant you will champion the day to day operation of the team, understand the importance of brand integrity across all touchpoints and support other areas of the business to ensure all client implementations andexits, plus ad hoc requests, are undertaken.

**DUTIES**
Your role as an Administrator / Data Administration Assistant will include:
- Safe processing of sensitive data, understanding each customer’s needs
- Supporting the Customer Experience Team by working on a variety of tasks throughout the working day
- Creating and updating client forms within the appropriate systems
- Following appropriate training on internal systems
- Reconfigure system & create new forms for existing clients
- Reconfigure client offices
- Creating/deactivating user accounts
- Assist with transfer of data to new systems as and when required
- Assist CX Managers with the Exit process ensuring all steps required are completed throughout the exit process, working with the Transfer of Records Team as required
- With training, become a Customer Care expert
- Understanding the processes and appropriate contacts for each case type
- Logging and validating cases
- Managing Report Amendments, Report Queries etc
- Ensuring accurate and timely responses to all cases
- Assist in producing CC training documentation to aid learning
**CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS**
- Good command of written English with the ability to structure and draft responses
- Must be flexible and able to prioritise tasks, working to deadlines
- Must be able to work autonomously
- Understand, demonstrate, and promote the Company’s Genetic Code
- Manage confidential data in line with the UK GDPR
- Impeccable attention to detail
