Liaise and work collaboratively with facilities & technology colleagues, building staff and vendors to support the functionality of the workspace - Assist employees with desk booking and check-in where needed - Support employees in locating needed workspaces and wayfinding to their desks. - Conduct regular workplace checks to ensure the environment is set up completely for employee use - signage, technology equipment, clean desks, other materials as defined. - Identify and report issues with desk booking, including data accuracy. - Provide assistance in allocating storage for employees and assist with missing personal items and equipment. - Perform simple triage of workspace issues to identify required fixes and perform them if feasible. This includes providing guidance on resolution of technical issues by referring them to user guides, assistance with opening tickets or help desk use). - Ensure coordination across teams to provide 100% resolution to client issues. - Act as point of contact for facilities related requirements for employees, including maintaining stock of adequate supplies as needed (cleaning, technology supplies, office supplies, etc.) - Perform / stock pantry and supplies as needed - Ensure support areas are always clean and tidy - Upholds helpful, friendly, and professional service standard at all times - Ensures a seamless and consistent level of service is provided at every user touchpoint - Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across all levels - Effectively pairs services to employees’ needs - Utilizes an “above and beyond” and “no wrong door” approach to assisting employees - Enhance the employee experience through personalized responses to day-to-day requests - Manage all customer inquiries and issues tactfully and confidently Main Responsibilities This client facing role provides the opportunity to combine your passion for service, good customer service skills, and enthusiasm for supporting the effective daily operation of the workplace. The ideal Floor Ambassador is an individual who has a passion for providing an exceptional experience to employees. The Ambassador will be responsible for supporting employees in a flexible (shared) desking environment to ensure effective operations of the workplace, exceptional employee experience, and timely resolution of issues. They will do this through face to face engagement, proactive communication, and exceptional customer service.
