A ghd Brand Ambassador surpasses the typical sales advisor by consistently connecting with customers to provide exceptional service and experiences, embarking them on a journey with our brand. They demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, excellent interpersonal skills, and uphold high store standards. They ensure that customers are given the opportunity to achieve their hair goals for a good hair day every day.

ghd Brand Ambassadors come with a strong commercial understanding of key sales drivers and opportunities to drive company strategy and performance.

**What does the role involve?**

**Customer Experience and Demonstration**: Confidently share ghd’s history & expert product knowledge with customers creating opportunities for theatre and ‘play’ in-store to deliver unforgettable customer service and experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that your customers purchase the best tool for them with unrivalled customer service.

**Sales: Actively engage with customers **by conducting and encouraging effective sales floor product demonstrations to create a luxury shopping experience, and actively seeking commercial opportunity to drive sales.

**Counter Management**:Ensure the visual and luxury presentation of the retail concession is always maintained to the highest standard and in line with brand guidelines.

**Stakeholder Management**:Internally supporting your Regional Manager and wider team to deliver brand growth. Externally engaging with retailer opportunities to support with local activations and eventing, ensuring that ghd is the customer brand of choice.
