Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of Lloyds Banking Group for a customer service advisor in their mortgage division, paying £10.11ph on a 6 months contract.
While working with Lloyds's customers you'll display excellent listening skills, the ability to resolve problems and a knack for developing product knowledge.
But above all else, as a customer service advisor you'll have a real interest in engaging in conversations, building relationships and listening to others.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Dealing with a range of customers and third parties for a single brand/channel/product
- Keep up to date with process and policy changes
- Ensure that all contact is professional, setting the scene, giving clear expectations to the broker around next steps, and agreeing future contact
- Identifying and raising ideas for continuous improvement to enhance the customer and colleague experience by adding value to the end-to-end process
